Make a mayonnaise from a little warm milk, sugar, yeast, a pinch of salt and a little flour. When it has risen, add the rest of the flour and ingredients and knead the dough well. Let it rise.
Spread a thin sheet, make squares and cut in half and result in triangles that we fill in turn with ham, grated cheese, chopped onions and mushrooms, roll the croissant and end them together and twist them like laces and put one under the other. We put them in the oven tray on a baking sheet, grease them with an egg and put them on the right heat until they brown. Enjoy.
