For the stew, cut the vegetables into small cubes. Heat the oil, sauté the vegetables, then cut the meat into cubes and sauté it next to the vegetables, incorporate the paprika and stir with lukewarm water to cover all the ingredients.

Using a knife, make the faithful cabbage, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt over it, mix and let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil water for the dumplings.

In a bowl, break the eggs, then mix them with flour, semolina and salt until you get a dough suitable for dumplings.

When the water boils, use a spoon to put the dumplings in the water.

After about 5-10 minutes, take out the dumplings in a strainer.

Saute diced onions, then add cabbage. Add salt if necessary, then pepper and 1 bay leaf. Extinguish with a cup of water.

When the cabbage is well penetrated and has a brown color, it is ready.

At the end, we assemble everything like this: we put the dumplings over the cabbage, then we add the meat stew and we mix carefully so as not to break the dumplings.

Good appetite!
