Snowballs

WHEAT:

mix well 8 yellow with sugar and boiled water mix well for about 15-20 minutes until a whitish foam is made, then put cocoa, baking powder and flour and mix very well then put the beaten egg whites well (without anything , only the beaten egg whites) and no longer mix, mix with a spatula

Put the top in a greased pan with an aluminum foil (which you have) and put it in the oven for 10 minutes on high heat and then another 20 minutes on normal heat, it will grow quite a lot to be high tray.

Leave to cool then cut in half horizontally, then cut with a small lid or a glass of brandy from both countertops which will then be filled with cream.

CREAM:

Snow Bulgarian & ndash recipe

In the meantime we have grown up, but the child in us is still more and more interested in these Bulgarians. so let's compete this time & ndash who prepares the most delicious snowballs? Here's what you need and how to prepare:

100 g biscuits for tea

50 g mini-marshmallows (find here the recipe for homemade marshmallows)

50 g dehydrated cranberries

50 g bread crumbs (or even better, simple bread crumbs)

100 g grated coconut

Culinary glitter & ndash optional

Break the white chocolate into large pieces and on top of a pan in which the water boils, melt it in a heat-resistant bowl.

In a separate bowl, place the tea biscuits and candies and crumble them together. Then add the mini-marshmallows, cranberries and crumbled bread (or cake), mix a little. Add melted chocolate and honey. Mix them all well.

Pour the coconut on a plate. Taking with a spoonful of dough & ndash preferably ice cream, because it is spherical & ndash passes a & bdquobulgaras & rdquo through the coconut, at the same time forming it by hand in a shape as close as possible to a perfect sphere. At the end, you can spread over the Bulgarian and silver culinary glitter, for an effect as similar as possible to fresh snow.

Lay all the Bulgarians on a tray with baking paper, let it cool for at least 30 minutes and then enjoy this delicacy!

Beat the yolks with the sugar, water and oil mix with the beaten egg whites and flour mixed with baking powder and cocoa. Place in the oven in two round dishes.


After the countertops cool, cut them (one is left in the shape it is and the other is removed from the other until we give it a round shape - for the snowman's head).


In the same bowl in which I baked one of the countertops, put a damp food foil, put the top of the lump, syrup it, place the cream, put the next slice and repeat the operation (I cut the big lumps into 3). After we have finished the last slice of syrup, we cover it with the edges of the foil and put it in the fridge overnight.


For the snowman's head we do the same operation but we use a cup as a support.


The next day we take out the tops and turn them over in 2 separate plates.


Make the icing: melt the white chocolate in liquid cream and pour over the 2 countertops. Level with the knife. Put it in the fridge for 5 minutes, then coat them and put the coconut, which we press a little on the icing to catch as much as possible. We put it in the fridge again.


In a muffin paper pour the melted dark chocolate in liquid cream - for the hat and from what is left we make the buttons, the eyes and the broom (the tail of the broom we pour it over half toothpicks, half to stay out so we can fit it in the snowman better ).


I made my nose and mouth out of juice.
We keep them all disassembled until close to serving time. I assembled them 5 minutes before serving.


"Beads on the snow" salad - the first one will disappear from the table!

Such a good-looking and tasty salad can not disappoint anyone! After the first try, you will include the recipe in the recipe collection and it will become your family's favorite festive salad! The ingredients are the most accessible and always at hand.

INGREDIENT:

& # 8211 130 gr of boiled chicken breast

& # 8211 100 gr of pickled or marinated cucumbers

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

1. Cut the meat and cucumbers into small pieces.

2. Separate the egg whites and pass them through the small grater.

3. Then put the yolks and cheese, also, through the small grater, in the same plate. Mix the ingredients.

4. Pass the boiled carrot through the small grater.

5. On the serving platter, spread the first layer of chicken breast, then the cucumbers and cover them with a mayonnaise net.

6. Follow the carrot sprinkled with a little salt and again mayonnaise.

7. Add the mixture of egg yolk and cheese, spreading it evenly over the entire surface and sides.

8. Cover the yolks with mayonnaise. Add a larger amount so that the salad does not dry out.

9. The last layer of the salad is egg white.

10. Make strips of mayonnaise with a pastry bag and place the pomegranate seeds on top of them, these will be the beads.

The salad can be served immediately, it does not need time to sit in the refrigerator. It is fine, moist and absolutely delicious! Pomegranate perfectly complements the salad, giving it a more intense taste.


Someone was watching them
